My passion for the home services industry comes from my family background. My father was an Electrician, my husband is a Master Electrician, I have three brothers who are HVAC technicians, two brothers-in-law who are Electricians, and a whole tribe of family members who work in the trades on both the business operations and field side.
Growing up in a family of tradespeople helps me continuously gain valuable insights into the challenges and opportunities faced by those in the industry.
On my journey to becoming a seasoned professional in the home services industry, I started off as a Customer Service Representative at a local plumbing company in Sarasota, Florida and worked my way up the ladder to assume executive roles including Payroll Director and Business Analyst. I obtained my Property Manager's license early in my career so I was always in some way connected to the trades.
It wasn't until I assisted mega-enterprise companies with Mergers and Acquisitions that I found a need. I saw everyone worked hard during the onboarding and implementation of ServiceTitan software, but there was a gap in the transition to success. After all the data validation and configuration was complete, who was going to stay behind and help these business owners, technicians, and office team transition to success? ME.
This is where I saw the opportunity to give back to the trades, to commit to helping businesses optimize ServiceTitan software to build their business. I understand the critical role that technology plays in the industry. I'm passionate about helping businesses optimize their operations and committed to making a positive impact on the industry as a whole.
